Maurice White Native Forest Trust - Regenerating native forest

Only "Fools and Dreamers" is a film about the regeneration of a native forest reserve on Banks Peninsula by Maurice White and  Hugh Wilson  called Hinewai Reserve.  Wilson never uses vehicles so truly lives sustainably and controversially uses the protective and nitrogen fixing  properties of gorse to help regenerate native bush. In so doing, he allows nature to plant the forest back. Watch this film to see how Hugh Wilson lives and breathes sustainable best practices and how we can make a difference in our own patch.
