Welcome to the Get set up for study Subject Guide.  The downloadable Get Set Up For Study PDF will help you to:

• log in to the Ara network on a campus computer or your own device for the first time.
• log in to Moodle, where your tutor will put your course information
• log in to Student email and forward your Student Email to your preferred email address
• Install Office 365 for free
• access your One Drive for 1 TB of storage.
• Credit your printing account online.

My Ara gives you quick access to important links you will need to access regularly during your studies. If prompted use your student email address which is your username@arastudent.ac.nz e.g. abc123@arastudent.ac.nz and your network password to log in.

If a log in box pops up, change the "Panopto" option to "Use your Ara log in" and use your student email address which is your username@arastudent.ac.nz e.g. abc123@arastudent.ac.nz and your network password to log in.
